Billing questions
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no contract — cancel from your billing settings and you keep access until the period ends.
- What's an AI token?
- AI usage is metered in tokens, the unit our AI provider bills. Each plan includes a monthly allowance with a usage meter, a soft alert at 80%, and a hard stop at 100% — so you never get a surprise bill.
- What happens if I hit my token limit?
- The AI assistant pauses until your allowance resets on the 1st of the month; manual editing, the simulator, and everything else keep working. Upgrade for a larger allowance, which takes effect immediately.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Free plan needs no card and includes a monthly AI allowance, so you can try the whole product first.
