These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and ivrloom, a sole proprietorship based in California, United States (“ivrloom,” “we,” or “us”). By using ivrloom you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
ivrloom is a browser-based editor for Five9 IVR script bundles. Editing happens in your browser; AI assistance and Cloud Save are optional features that transmit data as described in our Security and Privacy pages.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Your content
You retain all rights to the IVR scripts and data you bring to ivrloom. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service — including, when you use AI assistance, sending the relevant slice to our AI provider to generate a response. We do not sell your content or use it to train models.
Acceptable use
Don't use ivrloom for unlawful purposes, to upload content you don't have rights to, or to attempt to disrupt or compromise the service.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and you can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable, and when you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Prices may change with notice.
Disclaimers
ivrloom is provided "as is," without warranties. Always review changes and test in Five9 before relying on them in production. ivrloom is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Five9.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ivrloom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for issues arising from changes you export and import into your own systems.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or to ivrloom will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the service; continued use means acceptance. You may stop using ivrloom at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
