How ivrloom works with Five9, what stays private, and what's on the way.

Does ivrloom connect to my Five9 account or need API access?

Not by default. The usual loop needs no Five9 access: export a .zip from the admin console, edit it in your browser, and download a modified .zip to re-import. On Team, or on Solo with the $19/month add-on, optional Five9 connected mode (beta) imports scripts and your skill list straight from Five9, and uploads an edited script back when you choose to — as a new script, or replacing one after you type its name. It never deletes anything, and the Five9 login stays in your browser — ivrloom never stores it.

Will editing in ivrloom break my live IVR?

Editing happens on the exported bundle, not your live flow — nothing changes in Five9 until you re-import the .zip yourself. ivrloom is round-trip safe: node types it doesn't recognize are preserved byte-for-byte. AI changes are applied only after you approve them, and Review changes shows every edit as a PR-style diff so you can check it before you download.

Is the AI assistant required?

No. Manual visual editing is the core of the product and works fully with AI turned off. The assistant only ever proposes changes for you to review — it can't apply anything on its own — and a privacy toggle disables it entirely so nothing is sent to our AI provider.

What data leaves my browser?

Your .zip, the XML inside it, and your prompt audio files never leave your browser. In a signed-in project, ivrloom saves a version of the project — its parsed IR JSON, not the original file — to ivrloom automatically after an import and after edits, so clearing your browser loses nothing; a workspace owner or admin can turn that off, and then a version is saved only when someone clicks Save version. Two more things send data when you choose them: AI assistance (your prompt plus the relevant slice of your IVR) and saving a simulator test scenario in a signed-in project (the inputs and the expected outcome, which name modules and variable values from your flow). The no-signup Try page uploads nothing. Optional Five9 connected mode also passes your Five9 login, the scripts you import and any prompt recording you choose to upload to Five9 through our server, without storing any of them. How do I get my IVR into and out of ivrloom?

In the Five9 admin console, use IVR Scripts to export a .zip bundle. Drop that file into ivrloom, edit, then download the modified .zip and re-import it in Five9 the same way. Does it support Genesys, NICE CXone, or Amazon Connect?

Not yet — v1 is Five9-only. Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, and NICE CXone are on the roadmap via our universal intermediate representation.

Do you offer SSO or SOC 2?

Not as a self-serve feature today. SAML SSO and SCIM are not built into the product yet; they can be scoped into an Enterprise contract — contact us to discuss what your org needs. SOC 2 is a planned milestone. The Security & Privacy page lays out our current security posture and roadmap.

Is there a free plan, and can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The Free plan is free forever with no credit card — one active project plus a monthly AI token allowance. Paid plans start at $29/mo and you can cancel anytime. See Pricing.

How do I get help, and how fast do you respond?
