Accessibility
Last updated: July 10, 2026
We want ivrloom to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, across both the marketing site and the app.
What we support today
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus states, and skip-to-content links.
- Semantic HTML with ARIA labels on controls and landmarks.
- A light and dark theme, and layouts that reflow to smaller screens.
- Descriptive text alternatives for non-text content where it conveys meaning.
Known limitations
The visual IVR canvas is a rich, pointer-oriented editor; some canvas interactions are easier with a mouse or trackpad. We are actively improving keyboard and screen-reader coverage of the editor and are addressing color-contrast refinements across the app.
Reporting a problem
If you hit an accessibility barrier, email [email protected] with the page or feature and what happened — we treat accessibility issues as bugs and will work with you on a fix or a workaround. A VPAT is available to enterprise customers on request.
